Homes up to 1700 square feet- $250
Homes between 1701-2400 square feet- $270
Homes between 2401-3000 square feet- $300
Homes larger then 3000 square feet- 10 cents per square foot
Prices may be slightly higher for 1980 and older homes
Depends on the building type, $350 minimum (Please call for quote)
Custom easy to read computer generated narrative detailed reports with digital pictures, not lengthy redundant boiler plate reports as most competitors use to justify their higher fees.
The average time for the delivery of the inspection report is 24 hours. Times may vary for each property.

Most competitors do not have any experience or background in home construction. Arizona state certification requirements do not include verification of experience.
